- Click the FIND A DOCTOR Link above- Chose "Already a Member" or "Search as a guest"
- If "Search as a guest", Click on "Search by Plan Name" and Choose: HMO or Advantage HMO or Advantage HMO Saver- Enter Search Parameters- Complete the PCP ID # and PCP Name during your Ease online enrollment
- Click the FIND A DENTIST Link above
- Select: Delta Dental PPO or Delta Dental Premier
- Enter Location, Distance and Additional search criteria
- Hit Search
